Have you ever thought about investing in your mental and emotional health?
Would you find support in exploring your personal development goals helpful?
Then this 12 week course is perfect for you!
We believe that mental and emotional health is just as important as our physical health, and often we find our mental health can have an impact on our physical health and vice versa. Have you ever thought of making a New Years resolution to improve your happiness, wellbeing and quality of life? Have you ever thought of investing in your mental and emotional health or personal development, rather than just your physical health? Being happy and confident in our bodies is of course important but you don’t necessarily have to change your physical appearance to achieve this contentment.
This year why don’t you invest in your mental health and create a New Years resolution to improve your own wellbeing and quality of life.
Inspirative Arts are offering a 12 week ‘New Year New Me’ Creative Expressive Therapies Programme!
This 12 week program will use the arts to enable you to explore and achieve personal development goals for the year and aims to improve your mental and emotional wellbeing, strengthen your sense of self and confidence and develop your self-awareness in relation to self and others.
