An Invitation to All Animal and Nature Lovers concerned about the causes of climate change and loss of biodiversity

“March for Wildlife”
Spring into Action -Sink or Swim

A family-friendly, fun, festival, protest parade organised by Derby Community Climate Hub and Extinction Rebellion Derby celebrating wildlife and protesting about
increasing extinction of species

Dress up as an animal or wear a mask and follow and dance along with our eco-friendly Ark and with other animal protection and climate concerned environmentalists.
No costume or mask? Wear Blue and/or green if you can.
If you belong to an animal welfare group, bring your banner and publicity materials. This will be a great opportunity for recruiting and networking.

When and Where: Saturday 29th May 2021, Midland Place (opposite Derby railway station) at 2.30pm

The parade will pass through Derby city centre and end at Cathedral Green where there will be speakers and music.

So why not come and have some fun and
enjoy singing and dancing in the park!

To make this event COVID-safe, please wear a mask and bring some hand-sanitiser.

This event is a collaboration between Derby Climate Coalition, Derby Community Climate Hub, Extinction Rebellion Derby and Trees for Derby.
