Derby Cycling Group are your local cycle campaign group in of course Derby. We campaign to improve the facilities and opportunities for people to cycle in and around the city of Derby. We campaign for everyone who rides a bicycle, no matter what type or how often. We do focus a bit more on riding a bike for those everyday journeys such as going to work, visiting friends, the shops, hospital and the like. We organise promotional events. We try to engage the council to ensure that facilities are provided for cyclists. We have a Facebook page and a website. It costs £2 a year to join or £4 for three years and you get 10% off at most bike shops!!! Help to make Derby a better place to ride your bike. Join us or come along to one of our meetings.
