We believe that mental and emotional health is just as important as our physical health, and often we find our mental health can have an impact on our physical health and vice versa. Have you ever thought of making a New Years resolution to improve your happiness, wellbeing and quality of life? Have you ever thought of investing in your mental and emotional health or personal development, rather than just your physical health? Being happy and confident in our bodies is of course important but you don’t necessarily have to change your physical appearance to achieve this contentment.

Inspirative Arts are offering a 12 week ‘New Year New Me’ Creative Expressive Therapies Programme!
This 12 week program will use the arts to enable you to explore and achieve personal development goals for the year and aims to improve your mental and emotional wellbeing, strengthen your sense of self and confidence and develop your self-awareness in relation to self and others. Having a health mind, body and spirit can enable us to excel in other areas of our lives whether personal or professional.
Themes we will cover include:
-exploring individuality and uniqueness
– understanding self in relation to others.
– managing the balance of a healthy mind, body and spirit
– understanding resilience.
– managing emotions
– trusting in the flow and managing uncertainty
– knowing personal boundaries, and finding the balance between giving to others and self
– exploring holding on and letting go
– reflection through colour
– being present and mindful movement.
– 5 ways to wellbeing

self-investment: £10 per session, £120 for the full 12 week course.
This will be an evening course, we are based in the city centre near the train station which makes it an accessible course to attend after work.
