Do you want to find more about what it means for citizens’ rights? Do you want information about the ‘Brexit’ talks? Come along to this free public consultation and awareness event!

The aim of this event is to provide a free briefing session for non-profit advice providers, community and statutory organisations in Derbyshire and the East Midlands more widely. The session will consist of an overview of Europe Direct, case-study examples of advice that we have provided, and a Brexit update.

The Q&A session will give you an opportunity to ask an immigration lawyers and experts on Brexit what it will mean for the rights of EU citizens living here in the UK. Also, you can outline any challenging cases you have been faced with in your working environment, and legal advice will be given on how to mitigate these in the run up to a post-Brexit UK and through the Brexit transition period.
