THRIVE Festival of Health, Wellbeing, and Empowerment -free workshop.
An introduction to mindfulness practices that you can apply, to become more present and enjoy life. We will explore the benefits being present can bring and also look at how our brains can develop new patterns of being and relating to ourselves, our emotions and others.
