Everyone is welcome at this FREE workshop on nutrition, health & wellbeing. Each month we discuss a different topic with the focus on food and nutrition and how to nourish and eat your way to wellness. Topics range from nutrition for mental health, stress management, boosting energy levels to talking about particular diets such as vegan, vegetarian, paleo and Western A Price.
We are a community of like minded people, all keen on using nutrition and other alternative and complementary therapies to address health & wellbeing issues.
